How does the AI sleep consultant work?
On the web, it answers in your selected language, using your baby’s context and sleep diary. Base and Plus include 10 messages per user each month; Pro offers more access, subject to the service’s usage limits. It is an AI assistant, not a personal consultation with Dr Silva, and it does not replace your pediatrician.
Is Dr Silva’s video course included in the price?
Yes, with Plus and Pro. Monthly plans include 5 new general videos of your choice each month and lessons for the ages of the children on your account; annual plans include all age groups. The lessons are in Italian and are coming soon to Resources. Other video courses in Dr Silva’s external catalog are sold separately.
Can I subscribe on the website and use the app?
Yes. Sign in, choose a plan and complete payment on the web. Use the same sign-in method and account in the app: Moonby recognizes your subscription once payment is confirmed.
How does a gift work?
Choose 12 months of Plus or Pro and buy without creating an account. Have the gift card emailed to you or sent to the recipient, right away or on a date you choose. The 12 months begin when the gift is activated, with no automatic renewal.
Does inviting someone give them a subscription?
No. You can invite someone to discover Moonby for free, with no purchase required. Inviting someone to share your family’s diary is a separate step in the app’s settings.
How can I stop my subscription renewing?
Open your subscription page on the web and choose “Manage subscription”. You can stop renewals and view your payment information there. Gift subscriptions do not renew.
Do I need to follow a strict schedule?
No. The guidance gives you time windows to use alongside your baby’s cues. Moonby does not replace advice from your pediatrician and does not promise the same results for everyone.
